How do I join the affiliate program?

Sign up for a free VOXBRIDGE account and apply through the dashboard affiliate section, or email partnerships from the contact page. Approved partners receive a unique referral link within two business days.

When do I get paid?

Commissions are paid on the 15th of each month for eligible revenue from the prior month. A 30-day hold applies to new referrals to account for refunds and chargebacks.

What is the cookie window?

Referrals are attributed for 90 days from the first click on your affiliate link. If the visitor signs up and converts within that window, you earn commission on their subscription.

Can I refer my own company?

Self-referrals are not permitted. The referred account must be a separate organization with its own billing profile and use case.

How are commissions calculated?

You earn a recurring percentage of the referred customer's subscription payments based on your tier — 20% at Partner, 30% at Growth, and 40% at Elite — for as long as they remain an active paying subscriber.
